We offer customization service on all our wholesale plans, it’s a free service, so clients can submit their design brief and we’ll work on it after confirmation of the order and paying at least a deposit of 50%.
The shipping cost is an estimation only regarding 1 item weight and dimensions and shipping address, So The real shipping cost will be confirmed to our clients after paying a deposit of the order.
regarding the ordered quantity we’ll send you the real shipping costs, and we’ll do a balance between the estimated paid costs and the real costs.
We’re using Express shipping with DHL, and containers shipping via sea for the huge orders.
Because of the nature of the handmade production’s capacity, the delivery time is between 1 to 3 months, but it can be negotiated regarding the order before the order confirmation.
